Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting data variances, identifying root causes of issues, and providing effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of Business/Data Analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills (Oracle database preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts
• Experience using Toad and comparing data from various data sources
• Competency in Client applications including Word and Outlook
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders on high visibility projects
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage experience
• Informatica code knowledge
• Python skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze complex requirements and troubleshoot failures in a production environment
• Propose solutions to resolve analyzed problems/issues
• Write scripts for data corrections and coordinate with technical team members
• Verify changes and certify the data after correction implementation
• Articulate technology solutions and requirements to stakeholders
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Document and communicate the results of data and business requirements
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Manage competing resources and priorities
• Complete tasks with minimum supervision
