Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Olympia Fields, IL at a hospital where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress in an electronic medical record.
• Client requires availability for some late-day coverage (closing at 7:00 p.m.) on at least two days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with adult inpatient populations preferred.
• Experience with mobility assistance, therapeutic exercise, and discharge planning preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours include combinations of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with two late-day closings required per week.
• Schedule follows a Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday pattern with variable start times as noted.
• No on-call requirement.
