Electrical Mechanical Assembler

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable  Electrical  Mechanical Assembler for a company based in Saginaw, Tx.  In this role, you will primarily be responsible assembling and disassembling electrical components.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Electrical Mechanical  Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery while following work orders, blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy; identify defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to 5S standards and applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Meet production goals and timelines while following company, safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, EMC teams, and/or FIH initiatives; follow updated policies, procedures, work instructions, and annual training requirements.
• Support the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and perform other duties as assigned.

Electrical Mechanical  Assembler Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, as well as follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and blueprints.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools; experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic assemblies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, familiarity with quality inspection processes, and basic math skills for measurements, counts, and tolerances.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and meet production metrics or quotas.
• Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies and work independently or as part of a team; a high school diploma or GED and previous manufacturing or assembly experience are preferred.
