Travel RN - Psychiatric

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Psychiatric RN for a Behavioral Health unit position requiring a KY or compact RN license and a rotating 36/48 schedule. Requirements Active KY or compact RN license currently in hand — no exceptions Current certifications required: BLS (AHA) and CPI Minimum 2 years of recent psychiatric/behavioral health RN experience required Valid driver's license with address matching permanent residence required for consideration 2 professional references required for consideration: at least 1 charge nurse or higher and 1 supervisor, both completed within the past year Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible Responsibilities Inpatient Behavioral Health unit in a hospital setting Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Rotating schedule of 36/48 hours per two-week pay period (one week 3x12, the following week 4x12) Every other weekend required Floating required within scope of practice Meditech EMR Must be willing and able to commit to the 36/48 rotating schedule — travelers unable to accept this schedule may be cancelled Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered; RTO must be declared upfront and no changes will be accepted after submission Must be available to work either a major or minor holiday during the assignment Travelers who have worked at this health system for one year must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit Candidates may only be considered for one position at a time within this health system Middle name is required on the profile; confirmation must be provided if the candidate does not have one Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
