Clinical Research Associate I - Neurology (Orlando, FL)

Clinical Research Associate I supporting neurology trials at AbbVie in Orlando. The role involves site management, protocol compliance, data integrity oversight, and investigator engagement to ensure successful trial execution and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between investigative sites and AbbVie, providing protocol information and stakeholder coordination
• Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring activities, and closures in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
• Develop customized site engagement strategies using CRM tools to track progress and optimize study performance
• Monitor site activities for data quality, safety issues, and protocol compliance; implement preventative and corrective actions
• Ensure audit and regulatory inspection readiness, manage investigator payments, and coordinate timely safety reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health-related discipline (medical, scientific, nursing) or equivalent work experience
• Clinical research coordinating or data management experience preferred
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and planning skills in dynamic, multi-project environments
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to apply scientific concepts to clinical trial conduct
• Proficiency with technology tools and collaborative cross-functional work
