  Qualified candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook working in a well-rated restaurant
• Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
• Experience with cooking vegetables, fish and meat
• Prior experience working in a formal restaurant/ Steakhouse is preferred 
• A culinary degree is a plus
