Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This opportunity requires expertise in pediatric care, particularly in critical and acute settings.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
- Schedule: Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays and 3 weekends within a six-week schedule
- Floating: May be required to float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics based on staffing needs
Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus
- Must have a Virginia nursing license or be in the process of obtaining one
Additional Information:
- Can approve 40 hours for time off during the contract period
- Time off is not approved during the first two weeks of the contract
