Associate Technician Production Operations Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Technician Production Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed and occasional weekends;
- Familiar with 5S and can maintain an organized workflow;
- Assemble/disassemble moderate or complex assemblies for utilizing manufacturing guidelines and SOPS;
- Ability to maintain basic Windows Operating System;
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP);
- Ability to adhere to standard work with delivery to established TAKT times;
- Perform other duties and cross training as assigned;
- Test assembled component to ensure that quality and workmanship meets standards before moving piece to next stage of production;
- Ability to use hand tools, power drivers, fixtures and misc equipment;
- Ability to work in a cooperative and team-based environment;
- Read and follow established assembly work instructions and procedures with emphasis on quality;
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Participate in a one-piece-flow assembly operation to produce products requiring attention to details and focus on work duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO);
- AA degree with 0-1 years of experience.
