Electrical Designer/Drafter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Electrical Designer/Drafter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Interpretation and markup of electrical and/or I&C design plans;
- Assist with design/drafting for equipment upgrades for power, lighting, and control systems;
- Preparation of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) plans and single line diagrams using AutoCAD;
- Coordinate design and make changes with other disciplines;
- Assist with design and drafting of electrical systems for water distribution projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of electrical drafting experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license and proof of insurance;
- Work experience with AutoCAD.
