Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will cut metal, grind metal, debur metal;
  • You my drive a forklift when needed;
  • Perform all required Batch manufacturing, equipment cleaning, area cleaning, in- process testing & sampling for Manufacturing batches;
  • Ensures basic endcapping is completed. Performs endcapping of all types of materials;
  • Perform verifications using special instruments (pH meter, DO meter, Balance, etc.) Other Job Duties;
  • Identifying potential capacity constraints and solutions while prioritizing product and tools;
  • Assist Calibration of weighing and required equipment;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager;
  • Operate hand tools, computers, HMI’s (Human Machine Interface);
  • Reviews inventory;
  • Utilizes knowledge of order box sizes and how to create and assemble variations;
  • Maintain a clean warehouse/ help with inventory stocking;
  • Receives detailed instructions on all work;
  • Requires good documentation skills and attention to detail;
  • Maintains all associated documentation for operations being performed.

Requirements:

  • Military Experience;
  • Ability to competently use hand tools with mechanical devices;
  • Following written instruction in the form of Batch Records, Form Preps, Technical Protocols and Procedures;
  • May be required to adjust work schedule to meet production demands;
  • Normally requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years related industry experience or an Associates Degree in Life Sciences/Engineering field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with handling small delicate components, using ESD practices;
  • Experience maintaining complex equipment used for production;
  • Must be proficient with computer basics, log in, check email, input time, excel is a plus;
  • Experience with some test and repair of various electronic products and mechanical assemblies;
  • Shift is twelve hours long and rotates from three to four days a week;
  • Must be able to use a digital multi-meter;
  • Performs basic selection and care of special machine tools such as drills, jigs, mills, lathes, and fixtures;
  • 1-2 years- prior manufacturing experience preferred;
  • Full knowledge of machinist role and substantial acquaintance with and understanding of the machining of routine parts;
  • High School diploma or GED and five (5) years related work experience or equivalent.
