Process Technician II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Process Technician II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Computer based updates to existing ERP systems (Syteline or equivalent);
- Audit capability and reporting;
- Change Request (CR) processing, edits, updates and closure;
- Hard copy updates to material travelers;
- Production support including new and service WIP.
Requirements:
- Computer Database;
- Machine programming a plus;
- ERP/MES/MRP Systems understanding;
- Technical curiosity;
- 3D CAD – or desire to learn;
- Machinist level understanding or equivalent technical discipline;
- Self-starter who is results-oriented;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Rigorous change management documentation, detail oriented, very organized;
- Ability to self-manage with minimal input;
- Manufacturing or machine shop background;
- Ability to read production drawings.
