Our company is looking for a Research Technician II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as required;
- Cell culturing;
- Maintain laboratory records and compile data on experiments and assays;
- Primer design, mutagenesis, cloning and protein-expression;
- Perform and modify documented protocols and assays;
- Operate and carry out basic maintenance of laboratory equipment;
- Interpret and report on experimental results;
- Must be willing to work as part of a team;
- Demonstrated ability to learn new techniques;
- Must be able to prioritize assignments and complete procedures in a timely manner;
- Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in biological science;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word;
- The ideal candidate would be familiar with computer programs including Microsoft Office, FlowJo, Graphpad Prism, and/or similar products.
