The Graphic Artist I generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs. Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD-ROMs. Being a Graphic Artist I typically requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization. In addition, Graphic Artist I typically reports to a manager. Being a Graphic Artist I works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Working as a Graphic Artist I typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Contracted and Speculative Art to promote sales;
  • Perform other related duties as required;
  • Occasionally attend meetings to present artwork to clients;

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Illustration and Photo Shop experience;
  • Provide Contracted and Speculative Art to promote sales;
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, must be very detail-oriented;
  • 3 years of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Corel Draw, and PageMaker experience with strong InDesign experience;
  • Awareness of digital media and evolving platforms;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Must be able to maintain highly confidential information;
  • Ability to take the lead on creative projects as assigned;
  • Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media;
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service;
  • Understanding of creative design and layout;
  • Assist with the development of graphic design artwork and special creative projects;
