Responsibilities:
- Handle all design documentation and specification for off-the-shelf and customized products in a timely fashion;
- Collaborate with engineering and production to maximize design effectiveness, efficiency and impact to the customers goals;
- Contribute significantly to developing the product road map.

- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines while being detail orientated;
- Creative self-starter who that is a strong team player and successful collaborator and takes ownership;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multi projects;
- Minimum 1- 2 years of previous industrial design experience with a consumer products company or manufacturer of durable goods;
- Interest in athletic shoe design and development,a plus.
