Our company is looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the user experience vision and design standards are met throughout technical implementation;
  • Contribute sound UX / UI concepts including definition of customer needs, task analysis, persona creation, user journeys, etc;
  • Regularly gather input and feedback from target users to validate and refine design solutions;
  • Collaborate with business and technical leads to ensure products meet business requirements and technical constraints;
  • Develop user interface standards and guiding principles;
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer throughout solution design and development;
  • Leads projects, analyzes and solves complex problems, and recommends solutions in the below areas;
  • Conceptualize and champion user centered design within teams and the larger organization;
  • Design principles may include responsive / adaptive design and consistent / intuitive end-to-end experience.

Requirements:

  • Generate multiple credible design solutions;
  • Strong experience building multiple UX component and asset libraries for cross-team use;
  • Target appropriate methods and fidelity based on learning objectives;
  • Create prototypes to: Better understand the problem or requirements;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or related discipline;
  • Better demonstrate design intent or feasibility;
  • Provide directional input;
  • Seek out and welcome feedback from peers and partners across the team. Engage in providing and receiving feedback on the work;
  • Partner with our researchers and teams across the enterprise to obtain key insights and synthesize those insights to shape our experiences;
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually;
  • Mentor others on the team and uphold brand and quality standards in all projects produced by team or partners;
  • Knowledge of process and challenges associated with interactive physical installations;
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks;
  • 10+ years of well-rounded design experience.
