Mid-Level Designer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the creative team in cross-functional teams and meetings as the visual communication design expert;
- Own projects with various stakeholders;
- Create presentation designs that clearly communicate the client’s brand and products;
- Develop materials and design systems for scaled communications.
Requirements:
- BA or BFA in graphic design or interaction design is required;
- A creative problem solver with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- 3+ years of design experience (preferably in an agency/design firm setting);
- Any After Effects knowledge is a plus;
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript technologies and always champion best practices;
- Must have acute attention to detail and be able to work on multiple simultaneous projects and timelines;
- Strong knowledge of all industry-standard design software (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
