Sr. UI Designer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. UI Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing interfaces with new layouts, photos, graphics, and content;
- Create visual experiences for customer-facing web, mobile and tablet-based applications;
- Transform wireframes into original, creative mock-ups;
- Inspire users with attractive, compelling designs while maintaining visual consistency and brand identity;
- Communicate with product team members to understand and interpret project requirement;
- Provide artistic direction and feedback on UI team projects;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design e-mails, promotions, online ads, and marketing collateral.
Requirements:
- Passion for outstanding, elegant design;
- Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes;
- Ability to create clean, clutter-free, visually consistent designs;
- 4-10 years experience in visual user interface design;
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash;
- Actively participate in concept development and design ideation as part of a small team;
- Experience in print design is a plus;
- Ability to effectively communicate visually, verbally, and in writing;
- Exceptional organization skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion.
