Our company is looking for a Sr. Visual Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to iterate on the design and implementation of product build outs;
- Work alongside engineers to ensure desired outcomes are achieved;
- Balancing multiple design tasks at a time;
- Deep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics;
- Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Research on new solutions and offerings.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation;
- Intimate knowledge of industry tools;
- 4+ years of agency experience or the like;
- Deep understanding of consumer based technology products and experiences;
- A broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications, web, mobile, experiential as well as brand identity;
- Great communication skills;
- Strong conceptual thinking;
- Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms;
- Takes criticism very well.
