Our company is looking for a UX Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating UX and design best practices and processes;
  • Validate designs through reviews, usability testing and direct interaction with users and product managers;
  • Build clickable prototypes from visual comps in programs (e.g., Axure) for usability testing;
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching Jr. Designers;
  • Developing and annotating user flows, journeys, and persona;
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
  • Apply Human Factors, Color Theory, Visual Communications to low fidelity designs, when applicable;
  • Work with developers to implement solution;
  • Audit customer experiences to ensure quality standards before release into market;
  • Effectively manage projects to meet deadlines, roadmaps, and requirements;
  • Own the design process for your team’s features, including research, validation, and iteration;
  • Create innovative design concepts based on a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives; willingness to try new approaches and iterate;
  • Work in an agile environment providing design communication and assets for the team;
  • Coordinate A/B, user, and usability tests; organize and analyze the research findings;
  • Create and maintain an atomic design system and UI kit.

Requirements:

  • Able to translate findings from user research and testing to tangible design solutions;
  • Contributed to multiple shipped products;
  • Provide direction and feedback to Junior UX Designer;
  • Priorities stories and efforts for our development cycles;
  • Experienced with Content Management Systems and Google Analytics is desirable;
  • User Interviews/Observation Summary;
  • Audit customer experiences to ensure quality standards before release into market;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Ability to clearly communicate your design decisions with the team and craft elegant presentation and storytelling capabilities;
  • Personas (Task, Environment, and User Profiles);
  • Visual communication (understanding of concepts such as layout, color, typography, images);
  • A Bachelor’s degree in digital design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science-related field \u2013 or equivalent experience;
  • A dazzling portfolio that displays a spectrum of innovative design solutions and applications from cradle to grave;
  • You can manage conflict and work to find a way to maintain relationships;
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision and other design & prototyping tools.
