Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions;
- 17-20+ years of design experience;
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change;
- Extensive experience collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment;
- A track record of building, managing, and motivating teams. People want to work on your team again;
- Collaborative approach to, and love for, design;
- Dedication to shipping the best product, within real-world resource and business constraints;
- 10 years of experience leading a design function;
- Extensive experience in design, with patterns, tools, and methodologies to draw from;
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change;
