Our company is looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Maintains clean, organized work areas and stores materials, equipment & inventory as well as cleaning & organize vehicles;
Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Completes any reports or logs;
Must be self-driven, detail oriented and have organizational and problem solving skills;
Follows all safety policies and procedures;
Other duties as assigned;
Must be available to work any shift and extended time;
Uphold all company polices and procedures;
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures and general housekeeping as well as all safety practices and procedures;
Apply protection and deodorizers; or agents and color seal to carpet and furniture or tile and grout;
Communicate effectively up and down the Chain of Command;
Assemble boxes, cases and other material as needed;
Proper inventory of blocks, pads, spotting agents and retail items on truck;
Assist in backing of van using proper backing procedure;
Account for and return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home.

High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred;
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Reliable;
High attention to detail;
Safety and customer service oriented;
Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record;
Demonstrate a positive attitude;
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses;
Willing to participate in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed;
Experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred;
Willing to participate in all training as needed/required;
Ability to read cleaning instructions.
