Crew Foreman Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Crew Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and demonstrate adherence to all company processes and standards;
- Provide excellent customer service to clients;
- Oversee crew during installations and removals;
- Work with team to complete tasks;
- Provide mentoring and training to other crew members to help elevate their performance;
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements;
- Main point of contact for all crew responsibilities to include (equipment, vehicles, safety, crew members, and assigned tasks);
- Resolve any issues that may arise on site;
- Ensure truck is loader with correct equipment and tools.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED;
- Leadership skills necessary to manage a variety of crew members through tasks to obtain positive outcomes;
- Must present a positive personal image;
- Must have valid CDL class A drivers license;
- At least 1 year experience supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred;
- Previous experience in a management role;
- Self-motivated team player;
- Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines;
- In depth working knowledge of the tree care industry with minimum of (1) year experience;
- Any use of hoists is a plus;
- Familiar with DOT regulation;
- 1-3 years’ experience in construction;
- Strong work ethic;
- Excellent communication skills required.
