Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring housekeeping supplies are kept out of reach of residents at all times;
  • Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms;
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
  • Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories;
  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities;
  • Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling;
  • Strong attention to detail required;
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred;
  • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions;
  • Must be flexible in hours and days worked;
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language;
  • Prioritization and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of English language;
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, late nights, weekends and holidays;
