Maintenance Assistant (Part Time) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Maintenance Assistant (Part Time) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Remain on-call, when assigned, for 24 hours a day;
- Take care of the tools and equipment;
- Operate in the TELS platform system for all Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks;
- Assume supervisor’s responsibilities in his/her absence.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating;
- Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction and/or installation. Ability to direct others;
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients;
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of local codes and ordinances. Knowledge of safety regulations;
- High school graduate or graduate of a technical school;
- Knowledge of supplies and equipment used by department and the care of this equipment.
