Our company is looking for a Maintenance to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety regulations are met;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Keeps building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat and clean;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Ability and willingness to perform other duties as assigned;
  • Handle confidential information on a regular basis;
  • Provide general maintenance and electrical repair support to production operations;
  • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues;
  • Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis;
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance;
  • Be able to speak and hear for safety and productivity;
  • Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork;
  • Maintain wiring, fuses, contractors, relays and other components for manufacturing equipment;
  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and properties;
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance on the infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance methods and techniques for maintaining equipment;
  • The ability to determine what action should be taken in response to a customer complaint, comment, or inquiry;
  • The ability to perform tests to check for normal operation of the hotel’s equipment;
  • Ability to obtain forklift operator?s license;
  • Must be clean shaven and pass a respiratory fit test;
  • Ability to take apart machines and equipment to remove and replace defective parts;
  • General Maintenance skills required, pool certification is a plus;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment;
  • Multi-task-have the ability to do more than one task at a time;
  • Five (5) years’ experience as a key maintenance leader in a manufacturing facility;
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment;
  • Personal tools a plus;
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills;
  • Following standard operating procedures;
  • Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
