Responsibilities:
- Provide data quality;
- Documentation of data;
- Analyze data utilizing SQL coding/queries.
Requirements:
- Consumer facing experience – financial pref;
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Agile experience – able to write user stories;
- Wireframing tools experience such as Balsamiq;
- Facilitate customer information gathering and document necessary functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira;
- Issue analysis and documentation;
- Backlog creation and management with the client / product owners following agile;
- Organization and time management skills;
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a clear understanding of Agile methodology;
- Experience with producing use cases and/or user stories;
- High degree of proficiency in verbal and written communication;
- Current and future state process documentation experience;
- Industry knowledge / working knowledge of software development practices.
