Our company is looking for a Associate Consultant to join our team.


  • Support the team during renewal, marketing, and implementation processes for clients;
  • Independently conduct research for client projects (i.e. claims and billing issues) and collaborate with vendor partners to resolve inquiries;
  • Individual should be able to lift 50 lbs;
  • Perform network assessment for clients;
  • Partnering with consultants to offer strategic ideas to influence client outcomes and the employee experience;
  • Analyst and Consultant Education and Oversight;
  • Learn new technologies by engaging with other consultants, clients and self-directed training;
  • Working with client management to keep them involved in and informed of project progress;
  • Managing day-to-day project schedule, deliverables, and issues;
  • Learn the role of a Consultant;
  • Managing client relationships;
  • Clearly communicate recommendations to our clients in order to affect change;
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of SharePoint rollouts;
  • Assist with customizing and configuring SharePoint;
  • Taking notes during client meetings and translate them into business requirements.


  • Exposure to health & welfare compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, DOL, etc) a plus;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to keep track of multiple work tasks simultaneously;
  • Active Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) (Wireless/Routing and Switching) certifications (desired);
  • Experience with onshore/offshore staffing model preferred;
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data sets and use of various database manipulation tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, etc.);
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferable (strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity);
  • Live or be willing to relocate to New York City;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Confidence;
  • Familiarity with current affairs and the economic climate;
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel a plus;
  • Analytical Problem Solving;
  • Building Customer/Partner relationships;
  • Dealing with Ambiguity;
  • Four-year, undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
