Responsibilities:
- Experience prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and stretching;

- Manages prioritization of project team activities to enhance program value;

- Actively participates in the advancement of Program Management and asset development at AbbVie;
- Provide Program Management support for assigned Asset Team Sub-teams/working teams;
- Conducts thorough assessment of intangible variables, fundamental issues, providing strategy and directions for multiple programs and/or initiatives;
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of sub-team deliverables and identification, communication and management of sub-team risks;
- Supports development of sub-team plans and drives aligned execution for functional components;
- Lead and drives objective setting process for programs;
- Experience in early and late stage Programs.
Requirements:
- degrees preferred, in a scientific or healthcare;
- Understands financial aspects, including knowledge of resource planning (headcount and budget) and management;

- Must possess solid leadership skills;
