Our company is looking for a Associate Director, Program Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and stretching;

  • Manages prioritization of project team activities to enhance program value;

  • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional/enterprise-wide organizational efficiency initiatives;
  • Actively participates in the advancement of Program Management and asset development at AbbVie;
  • Provide Program Management support for assigned Asset Team Sub-teams/working teams;
  • Conducts thorough assessment of intangible variables, fundamental issues, providing strategy and directions for multiple programs and/or initiatives;
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of sub-team deliverables and identification, communication and management of sub-team risks;
  • Supports development of sub-team plans and drives aligned execution for functional components;
  • Lead and drives objective setting process for programs;
  • Experience in early and late stage Programs.

Requirements:

  • degrees preferred, in a scientific or healthcare;
  • Understands financial aspects, including knowledge of resource planning (headcount and budget) and management;

  • At least 10-15 years equivalent multi-/ cross-functional leadership experience in development and commercialization of products;
  • BS, with advanced;
  • Ability to critically and objective interpret and evaluate scientific and competitive, business related information;
  • Must possess solid leadership skills;
