Associate Recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop a pipeline for future talent;
- Help to develop and implement new processes and systems to increase company effectiveness;
- Source candidates via various methods, including networking events, referrals, and online channels, e.g., LinkedIn and Indeed;
- Maintain the candidate database;
- Monitor analytics and work to improve your key performance indicators, i.e., return on outreach;
- Create and execute a thorough and effective candidate search strategy;
- Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings;
- Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity;
- Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results;
- Utilize our top tools and data to attract professionals and consultants to TEEMA’s clientele;
- Work within our extensive network at TEEMA to develop relationships with TEEMA Partners and Senior Associates;
- Advise managers on the extension of job offers and facilitate/participate in selection decision-making meetings;
- Make outbound and receive inbound phone calls;
- Find professionals their dream jobs and position them with the right opportunities for their careers;
- Provide an exceptional and memorable recruiting experience to our candidates.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System;
- Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources or related;
- 3-5 years of Recruiting experience in a corporate environment;
- Ability to work with and contribute to a team;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task;
- Motivated, self-starter with strong communication and relationship building skills;
- Highest level of integrity; team player;
- You are adaptable and self-aware. Really know your weaknesses and always looking to improve;
- Minimum 6 months – 4 years experience in a driven recruiter environment;
- No degree required;
- Interest, curiosity, severe or mild obsession with IOT, technology, media and entertainment all lend itself well to the role;
- You are incredibly resourceful. Will not only work harder to deliver results but will find ways to work smarter.
