Our company is looking for a Assurance Senior to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for communicating and resolving all issues that arise during the audit engagement with the support of the engagement manager;
  • Prepare audit reports and detailed audit findings;
  • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, accounting errors and irregularities, fraud, or non-compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Effective use of engagement software;
  • Responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of multiple client engagements throughout the year;

  • Be able to reach a client’s location/P&N office in a timely manner and to be on site at client and/or P&N offices to perform job responsibilities;
  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience;
  • Coordinate all phases of the engagement, including communications with the client, team scheduling, and assignments;

  • Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables;
  • Experience auditing complex accounts like inventory, revenue, equity / stock options, etc;
  • Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining the CPA;
  • Have appropriate technical knowledge, leadership and critical thinking skills, a desire to learn, and self-disciplined;
  • Rich diversity in the clients, industries, and overall work.

Requirements:

  • Experience auditing complex accounts like inventory, revenue, equity / stock options, etc;
  • Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license;
  • Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables;
  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience;
  • Team player with desire to be an active participant within the organization;
  • Exhibit strong analytical ability and diligently performs assigned tasks with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity;
  • Be able to reach a client’s location/P&N office in a timely manner and to be on site at client and/or P&N offices to perform job responsibilities;
  • Have a strong desire to maintain customer service approach focused on exceeding expectations in all areas;
  • Must be a CPA or be eligible to sit for the CPA exam;
  • Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment while applying specialized proficiency of a trained accountant;

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to listen effectively;
  • Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments; able to multi-task;
