Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships;
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit preparation software;
- Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
- Minimum two years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting;
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members;
- Good analytical skills • Good oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to relate well to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels;
- Maintaining relationships and communicating with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions;
- Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability;
- Proficiency with personal computers including spreadsheet software programs, general ledger packages and computerized audit applications;

- Two – six years of public accounting audit experience required;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
