Responsibilities:

  • Identify performance improvement opportunities;

  • Collaborate and communicate with client and team members in a professional manner;
  • Embraces change, seeks out new initiatives and provides ideas and recommendations;

Requirements:

  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships;
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit preparation software;
  • Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
  • Minimum two years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members;
  • Good analytical skills • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to relate well to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels;
  • Maintaining relationships and communicating with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions;
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability;
  • Proficiency with personal computers including spreadsheet software programs, general ledger packages and computerized audit applications;
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving;
  • Two – six years of public accounting audit experience required;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
