Our company is looking for a Background Investigator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with report writing as needed;
  • Conduct on-line research to complete background investigations, social media and pre-surveillance reports;
  • Canvass businesses via telephone to establish and verify information;
  • Committed to meet department quality and productivity goals;
  • Licensed Florida Private Detective or capable of being licensed under F.S. 493;
  • Ability to take direction and work closely with supervisor;
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-pace office atmosphere;
  • Accurate and grammatically correct editing skills;
  • Format/type/edit full reports of background research findings;
  • Must be able to work independently;
  • Must be motivated and possess a strong work ethic;
  • Must be customer service driven;
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word & Outlook email.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail, conscientious and creative;
  • Excellent Email (written)communication skills;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Comfort level with online research;
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
