Responsibilities:
- Assist with report writing as needed;
- Conduct on-line research to complete background investigations, social media and pre-surveillance reports;
- Canvass businesses via telephone to establish and verify information;
- Committed to meet department quality and productivity goals;
- Licensed Florida Private Detective or capable of being licensed under F.S. 493;
- Ability to take direction and work closely with supervisor;
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-pace office atmosphere;
- Accurate and grammatically correct editing skills;
- Format/type/edit full reports of background research findings;
- Must be able to work independently;
- Must be motivated and possess a strong work ethic;
- Must be customer service driven;
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word & Outlook email.
Requirements:

- Excellent Email (written)communication skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Comfort level with online research;
