Our company is looking for a Business Integration Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and QA downstream process by becoming proficient in navigation of the systems;
  • Develop use cases, technical research and customer feedback into program / technical requirements for execution by our Development group;
  • Support and assist with development of test cases and test plans;
  • Write clear and concise documentation and project artifacts to facilitate on-going operations;
  • Lead customer Enterprise and trading community Ecosystem data integration activities;
  • Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines;
  • Provide project management and operational support to Development and Solutions Delivery team;
  • Perform root cause analysis and design solutions for complex problems, leveraging SQL and other tools;
  • Deep dive into different business areas to deliver workflow optimization through electronic data exchange;
  • Continuously set and manage external and internal customer expectations;
  • Lead integration requirements capture sessions with business and customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions in ambiguous situations;
  • Exceptional written communication skills for technical user story development;
  • Multitasking and effective prioritization of critical tasks and conflicting requirements;
  • Healthcare experience a plus;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams;
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile development methodology, and an ability to meet release cadence milestones;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment;
  • Experience with supply chain data integration with major commercial ERP/TMS software packages, such as SAP, JDA, E2OPEN, Oracle, or others;
  • General understanding of the software development lifecycle and management of technology;
  • 5+ years of data integration experience, preferably in a SaaS / technical environment;
  • A strong facilitator who can work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain operational knowledge at a detailed level quickly;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field;
  • Experience across a range of integration approaches, including streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration;
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, such as spreadsheets, business intelligence applications, and SQL;
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus.
