Our company is looking for a Business Requirements Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectivelycommunicate insight and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
  • Workclosely with technical development and test teams to ensure requirements aremet;
  • Otherduties as assigned;
  • Organizeand manage file and portal repository of document artifacts;
  • Attend,Schedule and moderate SME meetings. Capture meeting minutes and track actionitems and tasks in an Integrated Master Schedule;
  • Overseethe project stages, the requirements reflect the end users’ needs and that thesystem being developed reflects the requirements;
  • Createrequirement contractual documents as required;
  • Whenrequired, lead ongoing reviews of business process and develop optimizationstrategies;
  • Prioritizeinitiatives based on business needs, program schedule and requirements;
  • Monitordeliverable and ensure timely completion of program requirements;
  • Evaluatebusiness processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas forimprovement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to clearly communicate and brief Senior Level DOD Leadership;
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud and/or similar cloud environments;
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps (Software development and information technology operations);
  • Demonstrate ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions;
  • 5 years of military or civilianexperience in Navy Safety and Occupational Health field;
  • Strong interpersonal skills in both customer interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact with customer on a regular basis;
  • Competency in SharePoint, Microsoftapplications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of naval safety policyand DoD and naval instructions;
  • HUD experience;
  • Proven expertise working with local area networks (LAN), Unisys/IBM Mainframe data environments, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, and systems referenced;
  • 3 years of experience inrequirements teams as part of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)process;
  • Experience with Agile and/or DoDsoftware development environments preferred but not required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,Business Administration, or Management;
  • Must be able to work onsite atleast two days a week as required by customer;
  • Secret clearance required.
