Campus Recruiter recruits qualified applicants on college campuses for employment. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, interviews candidates, and performs other related duties. Being a Campus Recruiter interviews, tests, and refers candidates to the appropriate employment positions. May require a bachelor’s degree of specialty. Our company is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and participate in campus recruiting activities such as campus presentations, career fairs, sell receptions/dinners/weekends, etc;
  • Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development;
  • Manage the execution of recruitment processes;
  • Prepare interviewers for interviews, transitioning relevant candidate-specific information; ensure interviewers are trained on behavioral interviewing;
  • Post jobs to career sites;
  • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for Deloitte;
  • Participate in assigned projects/taskforces, as necessary;
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness and success of recruiting plans through analysis of hiring statistics, school data, demographics, and school ratings;
  • Partner with marketing department to execute a social media strategy;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business;
  • Plan events for students both on-site and off;
  • Create pool of intern candidates for both sales and operations opportunites;
  • Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint to build the LT brand;
  • Build relationships with appropriate points of contact at various schools and universities;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve demand.

Requirements:

  • Driven and wants to be part of a fast paced environment;
  • 2 year or 4 year degree;
  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
  • Minimum two years of experience in Campus Recruiting or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends, with ability and willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build relationships with partners, faculty, and students.
