Change Management Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Align with the overall Transformation Program timeline and identify critical activities required for user adoption of new process implementation;
- Work with the Program Training & Deployment Lead to manage and ensure training material development gets completed and training gets delivered;
- Responsible for planning and executing the Management of Change track in a large IT Transformation/Process Implementation program;
- Develop and execute communication strategies (communication planning, development and execution of content);
- Conduct organizational change readiness and stakeholder impact assessment through workshops, interviews or surveys;
- Measure program success and provide recommendations by assessing program adoption 30-60-90 days post deployment;
- Measure end user adoption at various levels of the implementation (beginning, middle, and end) tracked against the client’s change curve;
- Lead Salesforce.com and CPQ change management & adoption projects from start to finish – scoping, estimation, and delivery;
- Be an underdog: be determined, crafty, spirited, resilient, and tenacious. Challenge conventional wisdom and refuse to take no for an answer;
- Contributing to business development proposals and identification of opportunities;
- Communicating progress and status updates to the client and North Highland stakeholders in a clear and timely manner;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships and credibility with clients and peers;
- Developing and delivering presentations and written deliverables clearly and effectively;
- Developing a deeper understanding of our firm and our client’s business models;
- Organizing and facilitating client and internal meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding and experience in change management discipline and methodology;
- Able to discuss the benefits of a SaaS CRM program and knowledge of implementation of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP;
- Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills;
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Willingness to travel – up to 50% possible;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary;
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies;
- Able to work independently and creatively in fast paced startup environment.
