Our company is looking for a Claims Processor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely internal progress reports to the CCG management team;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Compose final reports based on field technicians’ damage assessments and industry best practices;
  • Manage claim turn-around-times to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain insurance adjuster relationships;
  • Interface with field technicians to review and interpret damage assessments;
  • Respond to end-user customer service escalations, as necessary;
  • Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare repair vs replacement estimates for property damage.

Requirements:

  • Full cycle billing knowledge;
  • Medicare experience;
  • Medical claims processing experience;
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by CCG for this position now or in the future;
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills;
  • Ability to execute against a pre-defined set of processes;
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, focused and ambitious;
  • Commitment to constant self-improvement and professional development;
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills are required;
  • Professional demeanor, team player and a positive attitude;
  • Must be able to pass a federal and criminal background check;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred.
