Our company is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email;
  • Records caregivers’ correspondence, needs, availability, and schedule in system of record;
  • Ensures all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirements;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferred;
  • Ask for feedback;
  • Confirm next visit date and time;
  • Ensure that visit doesn’t conflict with activity/outing;
  • Inquire if any residents need to be added/removed;
  • Follow up on prior requests/complaints;
  • Remind provider of any requests/feedback/priority patients from initial call;
  • Update late chart report;
  • Verify progress notes were sent successfully (run report?);
  • Good understanding of direct and fixed costs in dental practices;
  • Assist in invoicing, payment tracking and client follow-up engagements.

Requirements:

  • 60 WPM;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Willing to work as a team;
  • Good phone presence/customer service skills;
  • Experience with EMR/HER preferred;
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred;
  • Self-starter;
  • Critical thinking skills.
