Client Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email;
- Records caregivers’ correspondence, needs, availability, and schedule in system of record;
- Ensures all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirements;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferred;
- Ask for feedback;
- Confirm next visit date and time;
- Ensure that visit doesn’t conflict with activity/outing;
- Inquire if any residents need to be added/removed;
- Follow up on prior requests/complaints;
- Remind provider of any requests/feedback/priority patients from initial call;
- Update late chart report;
- Verify progress notes were sent successfully (run report?);
- Good understanding of direct and fixed costs in dental practices;
- Assist in invoicing, payment tracking and client follow-up engagements.
Requirements:
- 60 WPM;
- Ability to multitask;
- Willing to work as a team;
- Good phone presence/customer service skills;
- Experience with EMR/HER preferred;
- Experience with Salesforce preferred;
- Self-starter;
- Critical thinking skills.
