Our company is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on training period to learn how to use, troubleshoot and support the NIO;
- Supervising clinical studies;
- Must be able to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously;
- Ability to speak professionally and relay technical information;
- Ability to write reports and relay information accurately and in a timely manner;
- Providing technical support to physicians, surgical staff and institutions;
- Be a primary resource for educational materials in the field;
- Must be bi-lingual (read, write, and speak) in Spanish and English. (also, Portuguese would be a plus);
- Support of KOL customers as directed;
- Ability to speak in front of small groups of people;
- Review case records and provide feedback to staff around documentation, including record analysis, case reviews and rounds;
- Timely Recording of all calls in sales reporting tool (i.e., Sales Force reporting system);
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures;
- Coordinate with the Director outreach plans that inform the community about FRC services and generates referrals;
- Processes customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedures and policy.
Requirements:
- Experience handling surgical tissue including gross examination and preparation of specimen;
- Experience facilitating groups and offering educational workshops preferred;
- MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE Not Applicable;
- Strong aptitude at “Getting Past the Gatekeeper”;
- Strong computer skills;
- Proficient in use of “Gmail” and other email applications;
- Ability to speak in front of small groups of people;
- Ability to write reports and relay information accurately and in a timely manner;
- TRAVEL Yes, 15 % of the Time;
- Ability to speak professionally and relay technical information;
- Must be able to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously;
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of Strong Hunter like field based sales experience. Medical Device sales a plus;
- Must be bi-lingual (read, write, and speak) in Spanish and English. (also, Portuguese would be a plus);
- Research skills as well as an understanding of mental health delivery issues;
- Experience working with families and children with emotional and/or behavioral needs.
