Clinical Trainer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Clinical Trainer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality and integrity of Hazelden Publishing’s training and consultation services;
- Provide training services for Hazelden Publishing’s strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Two years in the supervision of behavioral health staff or project management preferred;
- Experience implementing Hazelden Publishing’s evidence-based curricula;
- Documented evidence of excellent training skills and curriculum development;
- Knowledge of the philosophy, products and services offered by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation;
- Experience delivering trauma-responsive programming in the context of Substance Use Disorder treatment;
- Dually-licensed as a mental health provider, (LPCC, LICSW, or equivalent);
- Experience teaching in a post-secondary setting;
- Ability to apply race/identity, trauma, or recovery lens to understanding systems;
- Experience delivering psychoeducation to large audiences and comfort with public speaking and facilitation of group activities;
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Organizational Development, License to practice preferred;
- Bilingual Fluency in Spanish is a plus;
- Comfort in utilizing data and assessing performance from an analytical lens;
- Experience working in publicly-funded treatment settings, using a variety of medications to treat Opioid Use Disorder;
- Experience supervising professionals in counseling, human services or related field;
- Centers.
