Our company is looking for a Clinical Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the quality and integrity of Hazelden Publishing’s training and consultation services;
  • Provide training services for Hazelden Publishing’s strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Two years in the supervision of behavioral health staff or project management preferred;
  • Experience implementing Hazelden Publishing’s evidence-based curricula;
  • Documented evidence of excellent training skills and curriculum development;
  • Knowledge of the philosophy, products and services offered by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation;
  • Experience delivering trauma-responsive programming in the context of Substance Use Disorder treatment;
  • Dually-licensed as a mental health provider, (LPCC, LICSW, or equivalent);
  • Experience teaching in a post-secondary setting;
  • Ability to apply race/identity, trauma, or recovery lens to understanding systems;
  • Experience delivering psychoeducation to large audiences and comfort with public speaking and facilitation of group activities;
  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Organizational Development, License to practice preferred;
  • Bilingual Fluency in Spanish is a plus;
  • Comfort in utilizing data and assessing performance from an analytical lens;
  • Experience working in publicly-funded treatment settings, using a variety of medications to treat Opioid Use Disorder;
  • Experience supervising professionals in counseling, human services or related field;
  • Centers.
