Commercial Loan Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Commercial Loan Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Underwriting of all property types;
- Ordering third party reports and reviewing reports upon receipt;
- Client, property, and loan database maintenance and administration;
- Preparation of financial analysis of properties and markets;
- Analyzing and summarizing historical property operations;
- Reviewing of financial statements and financial data;
- Gathering of property and borrower information to underwrite and review;
- Site visits and photographing of properties;
- Coordinating with clients, lenders and 3rd Parties;
- Creating quote sheets, marketing, proposal and loan packages;
- Database and pipeline management;
- Conducting site visits and photographing properties;
- Primary support in assembling a loan file (coordinating between client and capital source);
- Closing support;
- Review of loan documents, environmental surveys, financial statements and leases.
Requirements:
- Creative self-starter;
- Exceptional analytical skills;
- Works well under deadlines;
- Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Financial analysis and underwriting;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel;
- Have a team-player attitude;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
