Our company is looking for a Communications Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a self-starter and proactive in anticipating communication needs of;
  • Lead the development of strategic communications;
  • Develop and deliver training materials to drive adoption;
  • Develop creative, engaging, and innovative communication campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption;
  • Assess and identify training needs;
  • Helping create, develop and implement communications using multiple mediums;
  • Partnering effectively with teams within People Services (HR) and throughout DaVita.

Requirements:

  • Ability to take ambiguous and, at times, unrefined thoughts and create a vision for communication campaigns and deliverables;
  • Organized, thorough, and delivery orientated;
  • Innovative Thinker;
  • Ability to multi-task handling projects and deadlines to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed on time;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Must possess a high level of self-initiative, drive and motivation;
  • Ability to coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously; with a customer-centric approach;
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
