Our company is looking for a Consultant to join our team.


  • Analyzes and interprets federal and state law and regulation;
  • Serves as project management lead and primary client point of contact for large-scale engagement;
  • Evaluates programs and makes recommendations for improvements;
  • Facilitates client discussions;
  • Participates in sales motions related to the practice;
  • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members;
  • Generate new ideas to grow the business with a clear business (e.g., training, know-how, tools, frameworks, methodologies);
  • Identify improvements to core clients’ processes and support them with in-depth recommendations;
  • Have a strong financial and operational acumen;
  • Evaluate IT developments and evolving business requirements by communicating with clients;
  • Design and develop recommendations for long-term transformation programs;
  • Partner with the Insights and Planning team to understand research available which is relevant to the client’s vertical and issues;
  • Partner with clients on assigned projects to identify solutions to business problems;
  • Deploy and execute volume and profitability pricing strategies;
  • Become a subject matter expert on PDI offerings and implementation steps.


  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality relationships, understand the needs of managers and identify the effective solutions;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills/ emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse set of colleagues;
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills, attention to detail, and commitment to thoroughness;
  • Commitment to exceptional client service;
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility;
  • Revit or other space planning / design CAD systems;
  • 5 years’ experience in an account management, project management, or consulting role;
  • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes;
  • BS./B.A in relevant field of study required;
  • Capable of multi-tasking and critical thinking for on-site problem resolution;
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign);
  • Strong academic record from a top undergraduate college;
  • Passion for media, marketing and business growth.
