Our company is looking for a Consulting Employee to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new content and/or improve the design and delivery of existing instructor-led and online content;
  • Document, update, and maintain course lesson plans;
  • Analyzing training requirement and designing and developing effective and engaging learning interventions;
  • Design, administer, and analyze the results of training-related surveys;
  • Develop and update online training content including WBTs, job aids, videos, podcasts, etc;
  • Facilitate small group discussions;
  • Act as a role-player during training courses.

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan, track, and manage a project;
  • Delivery high-quality classroom instruction that effectively conveys the skills and expertise outlined in the course objectives to students;
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course facilitation and delivery;
  • Program evaluation experience including qualitative and quantitative analysis and data tracking;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting customer projects and experience working with competing priorities;
  • 15+ years of related Program Management experience with DOD programs;
  • Related Program Management experience with U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command programs;
  • Related experience within a DOD lab environment;
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly;
  • Experience negotiating and implementing subcontract efforts;
  • Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization;
  • Former Army O-4 and above (experience in National Guard);
  • Former Military Intelligence Battalion Commander or Division Level Intelligence Officer;
  • Must have an active Secret;
  • Masters Degree (or 3 additional years of MI or senior officer experience in lieu).
