Our company is looking for a Content Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment;
  • Reporting, including team utilization reports and account updates;
  • Creating, editing, and managing content for Unleashed Technologies web presences;
  • Management and continual creation of prefabricated proposal content;
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables to client;
  • Promote a constant evolution through example and dedication;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, proactively and with high attention to communication standards;
  • Establish and maintain consistent tone and message;
  • Creating, managing, and making available organizational literature;
  • Proof-reading, editing, and ensuring quality across all public facing assets, including presentations, proposals, PDFs, white papers, etc;
  • Own day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, other marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance;
  • Drive and monitor progress of projects;
  • Collaborate with partnerships and marketing team to develop content calendars and plan for new content as needed;
  • Drive the creation of paid advertising campaigns for premium trials and lead generation, drafting copy and overseeing graphic design;
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound/outbound marketing plan for continuous patient and industry engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience creating/managing internal tools a plus;
  • Demonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineering;
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient;
  • Proven record of the ability to manage ambiguity effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment;
  • Flexibility of both personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedules;
  • Ability to balance multiple project or assignments;
  • High degree of ownership and accountability;
  • Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working on web production teams;
  • Record of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to roles both technical and non-technical;
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS;
  • Experience with inbound marketing platforms, Hubspot preferred;
  • Commitment, experience or interest in the mission of Antidote;
  • BA in English, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
