Our company is looking for a Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and submit sponsor requests via sponsor website portals;
  • Respond to questions from corporate sponsors on all sponsorship questions and requests;
  • Schedules shipment of product with regard to customer requirements and cost to branch;
  • The coordinator will also work with the Director of Business Development to assist with marketing efforts to hospitals in the region;
  • Facilitate the involvement of campus resource offices and University Housing personnel to support Key Community efforts;
  • Supervise a staff of 10 Key Mentors;
  • Verifying Occupancy Status and Type;
  • Track time of BPS teachers, complete time reporting forms for payroll;
  • Provide feedback to Key Mentors on their performance in and out of the classroom;
  • Oversee occupied properties during marketingperiod;
  • Plan and implement weekly Key Mentor staff meetings based on the academic and social needs of student participants;
  • Parent/Family communications/questions;
  • Cash for Keys Process Management;
  • Draft routine correspondence including email communications to AFPM members and Capitol Hill;
  • Assist with administering the AFPM PAC.

Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter with exceptional editing, writing, and messaging skills. Meticulous attention to detail is essential;
  • Excellent Computer and Management skills;
  • Able to work in a team environment;
  • Preferred: Close relationships with selected student demographic;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
  • Interest or personal connection to a nonprofit organization is desirable, but not mandatory;
  • Commit to a flexible volunteer work schedule;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience using scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl;
  • Technical skills to include root cause analysis;
  • If you are volunteering for administration, experience with Microsoft Office applications, web and social media are preferred;
  • Principal, administrator, or certified academic teacher from Acceleration Academy school site;
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Management, Lean Manufacturing or related field required. Master’s degree preferred;
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
