Corporate Recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn;
- Build a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated staffing needs;
- Utilize social networking resources and other strategies;
- Plans recruiting strategies to address needs for specific lines of business;
- Conduct research on external and internal pay to establish appropriate and competitive compensation ranges and offers;
- Maintain ATS (Oracle Taleo TBE) ensuring that all requisition and candidate information is up-to-date;
- Participate in reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics;
- Manage the entire interview process (often remotely) which may include pre-employment screening and testing requirements;
- Ensure effective close-out of recruitments and supporting the on-boarding of newly hired employees;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new hires are onboarded with a focus on personal touch and urgency;
- Ensure all required applicant documents are complete and all changes to the requisition have taken place before an offer is extended;
- Develop and implement search strategy and customize to specific roles;
- Manage full cycle recruiting process from start to finish;
- Strong computer skills to include MSOffice, HRIS and ATS experience;
- Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to determine possible job applicants.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and related board search capabilities;
- Must have proven knowledge in state and federal employment laws;
- Undergraduate studies in Human Resource Management, Business or related areas;
- Experience in interviewing candidates to assess prior project experience;
- Must have 3+ years’ recruiting experience for Information Technology (IT) professional service industry;
- Experience working with Workday;
- Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource management, or Psychology;
- 1+ years of agency experience;
- A “quality over quantity” approach to sourcing and recruiting;
- Extremely organized and communicative. Ability to speak confidently about the company’s business model and vision;
- Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results despite changing priorities;
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
- Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills;
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn.
