Our company is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage appropriate external vendors including freelance creative talent, developers, broadcast production, printers, etc;
  • Delivering quality results to the requesting ministry;
  • Develop and manage budgets by tracking team labor hours and external costs;
  • Delegate a series of tasks whilst maintaining overall responsibility for meeting the timelines on all deliverables;
  • Manage Creative Team meeting calendar/schedule;
  • Work with a client and creative team to find the best solutions to meet clients creative and production needs;
  • Accountable for timing of deliverables, copy, concept, design and delivery of assets, plans, media;
  • Process general Creative Department expenses;
  • Communicate with vendors and maintain a positive relationship;
  • Ability to create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams;
  • Proactively identify and discuss solutions for potential blockers or production risks;
  • Confidence in managing projects in a constantly evolving environment;
  • Source and manage relationships with production vendors;
  • Ability to organize and understand project requirements that may at times be ambiguous;
  • Manage project billing, as well as budget creation and reconciliation when needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to positively influence projects through rationale, data, and diplomacy;
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of creative best practices;
  • 5-7 years of directly related work experience, including experience in creative production and project management;
  • Willingness to learn, expand and grow as a professional;
  • Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and notes;
  • Experience working with Project Management software (Asana, Airtable etc.);
  • Bachelor’s Degree, plus additional related college courses or professional training in a related field is required;
  • Self-starter, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and has the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
  • Mastery of GSuite programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.);
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Project Manager working with design, advertising and/or marketing teams.
