Our company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.


  • Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings;
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) experience. • Send new shipment bookings to customers;
  • Technical reports;
  • Implement continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Maintain the break room by filling cabinets with supplies and cleaning coffee pots etc;
  • Maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies;
  • Cross train with all other Customer Service Coordinators to become efficient with all client platforms, portals and processes;
  • Assist visitors with travel recommendations;
  • Create framework PO’s and PR requisitions in SAP;
  • Maintain complete AII and SLH files by vendor;
  • Maintain accurate Vendor and item setup in AVIS system with current info / pricing to include orders from BBS / Roadshows;
  • Generates daily load sheets and requirement listing;
  • Follow up and sense of urgency management;
  • Writing service/work order proposals;
  • Creating work tickets and dispatching technicians.


  • Freight Forwarding: 1 year;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm;
  • Should be computer literate familiar with Microsoft software;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity;
  • Desire to build a career;
  • Proficiency with MSOffice;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments;
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Reliable vehicle is an asset.
