  • Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions;

  • Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing;
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services;

  • Provide a luxury experience for the RH clientele through RH Design Atelier services;
  • Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery;
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base;
  • Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry;
  • Get potential customers excited about AccuTemp and encourage them to spread the word.

Requirements:

  • Passion for interior home design;
  • Customer Service Oriented;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, design or customer service;
  • Available to work weekends;
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment;
  • Results-oriented;
  • People and relationship driven;
  • Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred;
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly organized;
  • Collaborative;
  • Licensed to drive preferred;
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing;
  • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
