Responsibilities:

- Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered by the RH Design Atelier;
- Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions;
- Provide product expertise and elevated service;
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs;
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved;
- Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing;
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services;

- Provide a luxury experience for the RH clientele through RH Design Atelier services;
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery;
- Grow and maintain a strong client base;
- Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry;
- Get potential customers excited about AccuTemp and encourage them to spread the word.
Requirements:
- Passion for interior home design;
- Customer Service Oriented;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, design or customer service;
- Available to work weekends;
- Must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment;
- Results-oriented;
- People and relationship driven;
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred;
- Ability to travel locally or out of state;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized;
- Collaborative;
- Licensed to drive preferred;
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing;
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
